HELLO THERE!
Hello! My Name is Ammie Gomez, I am a surface designer, illustrator and graphic designer based in Orange County. I design fabric, greeting cards, stationary items, and more. I am currently working on my MFA at Cal State Fullerton for illustration and I am a graduate from California Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design.
Art has always been my passion and it's only grown more over the years. I like to try out unique color palettes that are interesting and explore different shapes in my illustrations. When Im not in my studio I enjoy time outdoors where I can gather new inspiration for a new project.
Most of my work is digital but I enjoy using different materials and mediums when exploring new ideas. Lately I find myself sketching on my iPad using apps like Adobe Fresco and Procreate to then take into Illustrator. I would describe my style as playful and full of vibrant colors.
